(Ginger and apples are grated.)
2 tablespoons of miso
1 piece of ginger
Mirin 2 tbsp
5 tablespoons of oil (Extra virsin olive oil)
Amazake, Nigari, apple juice (straight) maple syrup, plum vinegar, etc
